► Your Students' Union
As a student at Coventry University you are automatically a member of Coventry University Students’ Union (CUSU). This means that you are entitled to benefit from all that we offer, and we like to think that we offer quite a lot!
CUSU is run by an elected team of students known as the Executive Committee and represents students during their time at University.
The Union has two sites; Students’ Union Priory Street and Fiftyfour - the Students’ Union venue - on Cox Street. Between these two sites we offer a vast array of amenities; including a Student Shop, Hairdressers, Coffee Shop, Bar, Club Venue, Recruitment agency, a Subway and the Union’s main offices.
We also offer a huge range of activities that we hope you take advantage of whilst studying at Coventry.
We currently have over 80 Sports & Societies for you to get involved with – we try to cater for all tastes; if you’re not satisfied with what we offer then we can help you set up your own new club.
Our volunteering department, Horizon Volunteering, is award winning and gives you the chance to work in schools and the local community.
Our Advice Centre (SUAC) staff are always on hand to help you out and advise you when you need.
We offer Representation for you with academic issues, so that you’re problems are voiced and taken in to account in the most important aspect of university life; education.
